Are you retired or semi-retired and want to make new friends,
participate in fun activities and better enjoy your leisure time?
Sons in Retirement began in San Mateo, Ca. in 1958
with 18 members. It has expanded to 34 areas, 124 branches, 10 regions
and over 19,400 members throughout Northern California. Sons In
Retirement is open to men regardless of age, race, national origin or
religion who have retired or are semi-retired from gainful employment.
We host a regular luncheon meeting held on the first Tuesday of each month. These meetings include interesting speakers and regularly an associated tour later the same month. Additionally, our members have lots of fun doing a variety of other activities such as golf, tennis, cycling, travel, picnics and holiday parties that include our ladies and guests.
We are purely a social club. We don't raise money, we don't have a political agenda, we don't have a religious orientation, we don't sell things, we’re here to have fun and do things together and enjoy the time that our hard work has given us.
